Vista Electronics Limited, a leading Bangladeshi brand, is set to enter the global market through a joint venture with China’s Aux, one of the world’s fastest-growing companies.

Under the agreement, Vista will manufacture Aux brand air conditioners at its factory in Bangladesh for both domestic sales and international exports.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed at Aux’s headquarters in Ningbo, China. Vista Electronics Chairman Samchul Alam signed on behalf of the Bangladeshi company, while Ji Zhu Ling, Director for the Asian Region, represented Aux. Several key officials from both companies, including Vista’s Managing Director Lokman Hossain Akash, were present at the signing.

Before finalizing the deal, the Vista team toured Aux’s headquarters and production facilities. Aux, a major industrial group established in 1986, exports air conditioners to over 126 countries and operates 14 factories globally, alongside six R&D centers in countries like Germany, Poland, and Thailand.

Chairman Samchul Alam expressed excitement about the partnership, anticipating significant investment and technical support from Aux. He added that the collaboration would help develop skilled manpower and generate new employment opportunities in Bangladesh.

Vista, known for its product quality, already has a strong presence in the Bangladeshi market, offering refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, and other home appliances. The new factory in Kaliakore, Gazipur, will produce both Vista and Aux air conditioners, with a focus on quality to capture a significant share of the local AC market.
