Before finalizing the deal, the Vista team toured Aux’s headquarters and production facilities. Aux, a major industrial group established in 1986, exports air conditioners to over 126 countries and operates 14 factories globally, alongside six R&D centers in countries like Germany, Poland, and Thailand.
Chairman Samchul Alam expressed excitement about the partnership, anticipating significant investment and technical support from Aux. He added that the collaboration would help develop skilled manpower and generate new employment opportunities in Bangladesh.
Vista, known for its product quality, already has a strong presence in the Bangladeshi market, offering refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, and other home appliances. The new factory in Kaliakore, Gazipur, will produce both Vista and Aux air conditioners, with a focus on quality to capture a significant share of the local AC market.
