Sarwar Kamal left a promising career at Google and returned to Bangladesh with a vision to create a world-class skincare platform. That vision became Chardike, an e-commerce and product development company offering over 5,000 skincare and beauty products from more than 400 local and international brands.

Alongside retail, Chardike developed its own brands including Skino, Insei, and Out of Beauty, which are now available across all 64 districts through online and offline channels.

All products are tested locally and internationally to ensure safety and effectiveness. Chardike follows Korean formulations tailored for Bangladeshi needs, aiming to replace imported cosmetics with trusted local alternatives.

Chardike also focuses on customer trust by offering authentic products, easy refunds, and free delivery. With rising demand, the company now plans to export to countries like the UAE, the Philippines, and Cambodia starting in 2026. Sarwar’s long-term goal is to build a global Bangladeshi skincare brand backed by strong research, ethical production, and customer satisfaction.
