    Ananta Companies inaugurated a new 5 MVA substation at Ananta Garments Ltd.

    This state-of-the-art facility is evidence of the ongoing commitment to enhancing operational efficacy and infrastructure. Ridwan Zahir Khan, the Director was present with other senior corporate personnel.

    Also, this substation aims to promote sustainable growth and progressing development throughout the industry.

    Ananta is a 100 percent export-oriented woven Ready Made Garment (RMG) unit. It is under the membership of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA). The main products are trousers, shirts, unlined jackets, overalls, shorts of all types, and school-wear.

    Earlier this year, Ananta Garments Ltd. inaugurated 425.7 KWp rooftop solar project to generate 502.9 MWh of clean energy annually, resulting in 15% saving on grid electricity consumption as well as a reduction of 254.20 tons of carbon emissions annually.
